The Ghost Unit

This is just a preview to the latest story I'm working on. If you like the way its going please leave comments and I will add to the story. I am trying out something with this story so I really hope you all enjoy it. As mentioned earlier please comment if you want me to add more....

The Ghost Unit

Part 1

Qiyana feels the icy cold wind against her cheeks as she shoots down the snow covered slopes of the mountain on her new Atomic Blackeye skis. 

She bends her body lower so she can gain more speed. She swerves to go around a tree. 

*THUMP*. 

From the corner of her eye she notices an arrow strike the tree in line of where she was a couple of seconds back.

She steals a glance over her shoulders to see 3 figures in white camouflage fatigues chase her. One of the figures aims a sleek miniature crossbow at her.

Just as the figure squeezes down on the trigger of the crossbow he gets knocked down by what seems to be an invisible hand. Qiyana turns and looks straight ahead and tries moving faster.

The remaining 2 figures behind her also get knocked down. As the last figure gets knocked down Qiyana turns and notices a small splash of red appear on his chest as he crumples to the ground.

She turns around looking for the source of the bullets and she notices a figure in a white ski suit get up. She notices he's carrying a white AWM the british made sniper rifle. She knows only one person who carries that machine and who is that good a shot.

She turns and heads in his direction. As she approaches the figure in white she can't hide the excitement anymore so she grins. On seeing her grin he pulls off his ski mask.

She unlocks her skis and runs up to him and flings her arms around his neck and kisses his cheeks as he lifts her off the ground.

'You fool what took you so long' she says as he let's her down. 

'Oh darling don't tell me you were frightened of those bad guys chasing you?' Says the figure in white.

'Oh TJ would I?' TJ looks at her and grins. 

'No Qiyana you wouldn't. Now let's get you back to base.' 

Qiyana looks at TJ disappointed. TJ walks back to her. Puts his hand under her chin and tilts it to him. He plants his lips on hers. He leans back and says 'I need to get you to safety Qiyana.'
